Welcome to InstantSay. By downloading, installing, or using the InstantSay mobile application or website (instantsay.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the InstantSay application on Android devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use InstantSay to:

• Generate, transmit, or promote illegal, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application or server AI endpoints.
• Automate unauthorized spam or fraudulent mass communications.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

InstantSay utilizes artificial intelligence to generate text completions, translations, grammar revisions, and smart replies. While we strive for extreme accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected outputs. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any text before sending or publishing it.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

• Free Dual-Wallet Plan: Registered users receive 100 free monthly credits that replenish automatically each billing month, plus lifetime bonus credits.
• In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: All digital purchases and subscriptions are processed securely via Google Play In-App Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Google Play account prior to the end of the billing period.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy or attempt unauthorized tampering with our systems.
